If you prefer to explain the details of the desired data and research over the phone, we will email you a transcript of the phone call to ensure that both parties are in perfect agreement over the scope and nature of the requested project.

The more specific your request, the more focused and cost efficient our research will be. Therefore, we ask you to provide as much detail as possible. In this case, more is better.

Step 2: Price
After we agree on the specifics of the research, we provide you with a price quote. This process may take anywhere from a few hours to 48 hours. Please remember that some of our research specialists are located outside of the US.

We assure you, however, that we will do everything within our power to expedite this process and get you a price quote as quickly as possible. For urgent research projects that require immediate attention, we can provide you with an instant “price cap”. This is the maximum price we will charge you for the research project regardless of how long the project takes to complete. Needless to say, we aim to reduce the price below this maximum.

If the price quote falls outside of the your budgetary limits, we will work with you by going over each element of the proposed work and try to remove the pieces which may not be essential in order to provide you with a more competitive price. We are also happy to extend a discount to first-time clients.

Our price quote will also include a deadline. Sometimes, it may be possible to reduce the final price by relaxing the deadline to provide more time to our researchers.

Step 3: Deliver
Finally, we deliver the research product in precisely the format that was requested. We can deliver the final report in up to four languages. If the product needs modifications to meet your requirements, we will be happy to make such changes –usually at no additional charge.

Unless authorized by the clients, our research reports remain strictly confidential and will not be sold to or discussed with any other party.Without your explicit approval, we will even refrain from mentioning your company among our clients, to ensure strict confidentiality.
